LawnRoute Recurring Service Agreement
Welcome to LawnRoute. By requesting, scheduling, accepting, or continuing LawnRoute services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
LawnRoute provides residential and commercial outdoor maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Lawn mowing
- Bush and hedge trimming
- Yard cleanups
- Leaf removal
- Snow removal
- Additional outdoor maintenance services as agreed upon
Services may vary depending on customer requests, property conditions, weather, and seasonal availability.
2. Scheduling & Recurring Service
Customers may choose:
- One-time service
- Weekly recurring service
- Biweekly recurring service
Recurring customers are added to LawnRoute route scheduling based on service area and operational efficiency.
Service dates and times are estimated and may shift due to:
- Weather conditions
- Equipment maintenance
- Holidays
- Route adjustments
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen delays
LawnRoute does not guarantee exact service times.
3. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable property access during scheduled service times.
This includes:
- Unlocking gates if access is required
- Securing pets
- Removing obstacles, toys, hoses, or debris
- Providing safe working conditions
LawnRoute is not responsible for missed service due to inaccessible properties.
4. Overgrowth & Additional Service Charges
Lawns or properties requiring excessive labor due to overgrowth, excessive debris, unsafe conditions, or neglected maintenance may incur additional service charges.
Customers will be notified when possible before additional charges are applied.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Card payments
- Tap-to-pay
- Cash
- Digital payment platforms
- Online invoices
Failure to submit payment may result in:
- Service interruption
- Removal from recurring scheduling
- Additional fees for repeated late payments
6. Cancellations
Recurring service may be canceled at any time with reasonable notice prior to the next scheduled service date.
LawnRoute reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate service at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unsafe conditions
- Repeated payment issues
- Aggressive animals
- Harassment or abuse
- Property access issues
7. Weather Delays
Outdoor services are heavily affected by weather conditions.
Service dates may be delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted due to:
- Rain
- Snow
- Storms
- Flooding
- Extreme heat
- Unsafe working conditions
LawnRoute will make reasonable efforts to reschedule delayed services as quickly as possible.
8. Property Damage & Liability
Customers agree to notify LawnRoute promptly regarding any concerns or damage claims.
LawnRoute is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Damage caused by hidden objects or obstacles
- Underground utilities or unmarked hazards
- Normal wear to grass during service operations
Customers are responsible for clearly identifying sprinkler heads, underground lines, decorations, or hidden property hazards.
9. Communication Consent
By submitting contact information to LawnRoute, customers consent to receiving:
- Service updates
- Scheduling notifications
- Billing communication
- Customer support communication
Communication may occur through:
- Phone calls
- Text messages
10. Agreement Acknowledgment
By requesting, scheduling, accepting, or continuing LawnRoute services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement and LawnRoute Terms & Conditions.
